Les citoyens et les résidents des États de l’UE, des pays de l’espace Schengen, d’Andorre ou de la Principauté de Monaco peuvent entrer en Italie sans l’obligation de quarantaine, à condition de :

1. Remplir les fiches de traçabilité avant d’entrer en Italie

2. Présenter à leur arrivée un certificat COVID numérique de l’UE. Les ressortissants de pays tiers peuvent présenter un pass sanitaire, en version papier ou numérique, délivré par les autorités sanitaires de leur pays, attestant qu’ils ont été testés négatifs au virus, qu’ils sont guéris ou que le vaccin qu’ils ont reçu est reconnu par l’Agence européenne des médicaments (EMA)..

La version numérique peut être stockée sur un appareil mobile. Les citoyens peuvent également en demander une version papier. Les deux versions disposent d’un code QR contenant les informations essentielles, ainsi que d’une signature numérique visant à garantir l’authenticité du certificat.

Le certificat COVID numérique de l’UE est valable dans tous les États de l’UE et de l’espace Schengen.
